No it seems you do not realize how game production works. Check out this image from Mass Effect that explains the challenge into actually making a game 5 years are not spent on “developing”.
i understand everyone’s gripe, but I seriously doubt, I could be wrong, that you could create a better game. Game production is incredibly complex and envolving. Many times, what can be seen, binary, through 1’s & 0’s doesn’t always properly translate to completed design. I am not an engineer but I have friends in the field and they speak all the time how it’s easy to judge from the outside looking in but game production is hard my friend. not as easy and many think. write a code and push out a release, many variables. Halo 4 does have flaws as do most if not all games, but I still think its a good first attempt by 343i.

Resources =/= skills. You aren’t a skilled programmer or game developer, from what I know, if you are, then maybe you should understand what it takes.
This is probably the dumbest thing I’ve heard on the forums so far. Don’t ever think that you’re better than 343i at making a game, one person cannot make Halo, it takes a team of skilled professionals and the game, last time I checked, is fine.
