Yeah, your type of connection and up/down speed isn’t everything when it comes to how good your connection is.
Back in the day I played Warcraft 3 on dial-up without any problems whatsoever.
Then I played a multitude of online games through 512/512 kbit phone wire, including Halo: Reach, no problems.
Optimize your router for XBL, if that’s done, check with your ISP, after that if it doesn’t get better, accept the fact that disconnects happen and boosts disappear. You’re not the only one having lost very rare boosts through disconnects.

No, I give my money so this is normal to demand a game as a finished product!
i would be ok with you if I criticize the game for its mechanics or graphics or something else.
But here I talk about quality as finished product! This kind of deconnection only happened in Halo 5! Not in my others online games! So it’s not about my connection or configuration

Yeah but 343 wouldn’t be able to tell if its on purpose or not. You could just quit a game because you wanted to and get all your stuff back which is kinda unfair.
Its just a boost, no big deal. I lose plenty of them, no need to be so frustrated. Legendary boost only give you so much anyway. Play one more game and you will probably get what you lost. You’re playing games for fun right? So one more round of halo should be fun.

I never quit a party, only deconnection… I know they can’t be sure but honestly who would quit a war zone game at the very end of the game, with a ducking legendary PR boost activated!!!

Has happened to me aswell. Awful decision to not redeem them after the game has finished, i.e disconnects doesn’t matter. Was it a Arena or Warzone legendary RP boost?
I do admit it’s frustrating to loose Boosts due to a disconnect or server fail, and not getting it back, but
just play another match, move on and you’ll forget instantly
