See it’s not the fact that you’re worrying, we all are, it’s the fact that you’re taking the piss and not putting forward any useful criticism. I have no problem with constructive criticism, I just hate it when fans attack the creators, I don’t even think “fans” is the right word to be honest, fans of Halo yes. But not fans of the company, all you guys do all day is speculate on how 343 is going to fail, or complain about minor things that don’t resemble Halo’s core mechanics. I like what 343 is doing, the game looks amazing, but yes there are some things that need to be changed, “by the sounds of them”, but at the end of the day we know nothing about how the game really feels, so flaming 343 is not helpful at all, if anything it could be what completely ruins Halo for us, so just give 343i a break, they clearly love Halo, I just think we should hang in there just a little longer.
(Obviously this is not the case of the whole community, but it’s a -Yoinking!- huge majority!)

I know what you mean, it’s just a shame people find it easier to rage at new information rather than employ their brains for once and put forward useful suggestion, not complain for things which they know are never going to happen, in reality the community put nothing forward, so it’s no wonder they don’t like what they see. I do, I just think some stuff needs tweaking and this game will be perfect, one for example would be elites being usable models. They would be useful for machinimas.

Waiting until release is not a good idea. If things are announced clearly, and they are perceived as a terrible idea to a lot of fans; it’s much better for 343 to get that sort of feedback now while there is still a chance to shape the game’s release. Rather than after, where the options for improvement are severely limited.
However, in this case we don’t have completely clear information. We have a few things about some general ideas that will be included in the multiplayer, but we don’t know how they will be actually implemented. A demo/beta would be incredibly helpful for things like this, or if not a playable thing then just a video of some of their internal testing; which should be easy enough to send out, would speak volumes about how these things actually look/feel in the game. But they might not be ready to offer that, so they will instead get lots of hate until they are able to provide clarification.
If, even with clarification, people still hate what’s going on; 343 has a few choices. They can try to please everybody; they can enhance their custom game/forge configuration options so everybody can please themselves; or they can ignore the people who express displeasure and hope they buy the game anyway at launch before selling it and moving on to other games. Although a lot of the hate/dislike threads don’t seem very constructive, so will be fun for the potential 343 person(s) who might get to sort through this forum and the rest of the internet for actionable ideas.
Well if the majority of people posting are saying “No, I don’t like this feature”, you can assume the constructive criticism is changing it/getting rid of it. Saying nothing is worse.

I’m of the inclination that if I haven’t seen at least one full Multiplayer Match showcasing the new features, then I have no place to say that they will break the game and ruin all things Halo…
But if you want to intelligently dispute their place and it’s belonging, feel free, but saying:
"ITZ NOT HALO"
"OMGZ MODERN FUTURE WARFARE 4"
"ITZ STUPID"
"IT’LL FAIL"
…or my personal favourite…
"IMZ A VETERAN! PLAYED ALL DA GAMEZ! ME KNOW WHATZ BEST"
…just portrays ignorance and stupidity…so pretty please with a Halo Array on top, can we have some more intelligent and thought out Threads…(?)
