Well you’re given one right off the bat to gift but after that they’re $3 a piece. Which is not all that bad. But I get why people don’t like it. Then again it is a gift…irl gifts aren’t free either.
According to 343i, the point is to prevent people from using their stockpiled RPs to buy giftable packs that they could potentially try to sell for real money.
