Help.
When I got the specializations email I entered the wrong email address and it apparently put the codes on an old gamer tag account that I haven’t used in years.
Now I’m stuck at 70 and can’t move on in the game. I called xbox live and they couldn’t help me at all.
I can’t believe that the only way to move forward in the game is to get an email and make sure you enter the correct information. This is crazy.
I don’t even care if I have to pay something, I just want to be able to continue to rank up.
Compounding the problem is that I probably won’t get your response since the email associated with this account is an old email address I haven’t used in years. I am trying to get it changed but no luck there either, because my current email is associated with the old account afore mentioned.
