You can’t. When purchasing REQs with real money, you must choose whether they are for you or to be gifts. If you choose to buy them as gifts, it means you won’t be able to open them yourself.
You can attempt to see if Xbox Support will refund you, but I don’t know if they will. Alternatively, if you are just looking to get a Gold pack, you can try finding someone who will trade you gift packs.
Hey OP, as Chimera mentioned there isn’t really any way to un-gift a REQ pack. Check your REQ inventory though, I sent you something to help out 
I am aware that she. You purchase packs you’re giving the option to gift it or not. My problem however was due to a three pack I bought. While opening the three packs individually they did offer a option to gift there an that was where my problem occurred. Still thanks for all your input guys, and a very special thanks to stckrboy.
