It seriously sounds incredible.
I was afraid that GameInformer might have gone too far, and invented the “new locations”-thing in their article, but it’s actually there. Having new places to visit each week is probably the most interesting thing in Halo 4, to me.

Spartan Ops actually sounds pretty cool. I like the idea of all the new locations you can visit. Can’t wait for this game to come out!

I’m only concerned about one thing, however.

Can we have these missions archived forever to play back if we missed the week the new missions were released? Or will they be there for a set time, a la RvB videos on the Xbox Halo Waypoint app?

The crew confirmed that they have no plans to take them out, so you’ll be able to catch on the season. :slight_smile:

I don’t see why not. They had Firefight matchmaking in Reach.

Off topic: Did anyone notice at 1:07 the power weapon drop pod? It has an icon on the players radar and an icon on the screen. It looks like the drop pod from Reach’s FF. And is that icon of a Sniper Rifle?

Well, what happens when you end the main campaign? It’s over, that’s all.

I bet we’ll get two months of content with the game, then a few months later we’ll have a paid-DLC for two more months of Spartan Ops content.
