Idk if anyone else feels this way about the ghosts in infinite but they feel way too powerful. They easily melt players in like 3 seconds flat. I’ve had multiple matches on breaker now where it feels like the enemy team always has two players in ghosts spawn camping us and utterly melting us before we can really fight back.
Anywho, I feel like ghosts should either be a lil slower to kill players or for it to be easier to kill the driver. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I’m not sure you are going to get a lot of support. The general consensus is that vehicles get the raw end of the deal in Infinite.
Especially with all the electric weapons.
And I don’t get in the ghost very often… but it’s amazing how many people just run at you guns a blazing. They seem to forget that it has much more manoeuvrability than other vehicles.
Ghosts haven’t felt particularly powerful for me. I think they would be - their weapons are strong -, but the problem is that a lot of the maps aren’t really favorable to them, including Breaker.
With Grappleshots, Hydras, Dynamo Grenades, Shock Rifles, Warthogs, Sniper Rifles, and other such tools, its pretty easy to destroy Ghosts in my experience. Or at least take out the driver whether hijacking or sniping/plasma grenade them out.
Had a CTF game where the enemy team was just turtling up in the wreckage and patrolling around in Warthogs and Ghosts, hardly ever attacking. Eventually we just crumpled them up and snatched the flag out of their shattered defenses, and we weren’t even that vehicle heavy either.
