Hello. I have been playing halo for a very long time now. I am lv144 and have been saving all my req for the new update. I’ve saved 150k and was eager to use it when the update comes out so I can be able to get the new unlocks the update has to offer. I have been following up with this update for a very long and knew the types of things that were being released. However after updating the game, on the message board it announced the release of the new update and a couple of the things like the new hammer. I used all my req points and was extremely disappointed to see that in all those 15 gold packs I got nothing more then helmets and visors. I was confused and decided to check if the new items were there in the store waiting to be unlocked, only to find out they weren’t. I was infuriated because of all the time I’ve spent in the game to get these req points, all gone towards stuff that I don’t need and don’t want. The message board misinformed me of the new content that got released and I lost all my req points due to that. If you can please help me out, I’d be really happy as I have been a very loyal customer towards all the halos starting from the oldest Xbox.
