What do you guys think now the two main pieces of content have been revealed? I’m happy we’re getting a decent amount of stuff this update (and without remixes!), but I can’t help but feel a little pissed off that we couldn’t get meatier expansions when the game first launched. The population would be a lot higher if this is how the DLC looked at launch. Whatever, new maps is good.
Also, is anyone else getting a monolith vibe from the new arena map?

I’m pretty excited for Tyrant, as it is the first map specifically made for Assault and CTF
I think the new Warzone map looks promising and the Mantis could actually be good again

I like the way it’s layed out. I just wish the art team would stop making forruners look so bland.

Agreed. The forerunner architecture in H4/5 just looks so samey and lazy - not to mention how overused it is in campaign. The art design really doesn’t capture the mystique surrounding the forerunners imo.
What do I think? Finally a Map that is not a UNSC BASE

Tyrant is quite frankly gorgeous.
They at least detailed some of the Forerunner architecture more. It kinda reminds me of some of the Halo 3 Forerunner structures and that is always refreshing.

You mean Torque right? That map is pretty crappy on normal Slayer since it’s made for objectives. It’s fine for SWAT though.

The only thing that looks interesting is the Hannibal vehicles. I’m honestly really disappointed in this update. I don’t have any clue why this updated was delayed as it only has 2 new maps a bunch of meh reqs.

I think the skins for the loadout weaoins are going to be -Yoink!-. I also thought they were going to be -Yoink!- for Hammer Storm… I was wrong
Looking forward to Tyrant even if it is a Coliseum remake. Hope it’ll be good!

I thought they said they weren’t doing any more remix maps for the future awhile ago.
