Okay so we all know that we’re getting Skirmish at Darkstar in the next update, but what does everyone think the new map will be? Warzone Assault variant? Arena?

Urban, a new warzone assualt map which will be based on Noctus.

There is a good chance that the map will be a remix of The Rig which will be very cool.

I wouldn’t mind that but Id like to see some more non-UNSC themed maps. Maybe a map based off Sanghelios or Genesis?

It is the remix for w assault, you can see the light on the top left corner and the darkness on the bottom to the right side. It perfectly matches.

It’s shocking that 343 didn’t consider making a map on Sanghelios, let alone a few more Covenant maps. We’re really overdue, and that planet was such a breath of fresh air.

You know what I’m thinking, they are probably thinking story wise, Sangheli’s won’t allow spartans to train on their homeworld and yet we let Elites participate in the War games. Bunch of selfish freaky mouth freaks.

I’m guessing its the Rig remix. It was one of the first DLC maps announced, and we’ve already seen a concept image for it. We just had a non-remix arena map last month, so if they’re going to release a Arena remix it would be smarter to do it now, along side a new Warzone map and leave a non-remix (assuming one is set to release in the next few months) for next month when they will likely release the Warzone Assault remix of Darkstar. Although I too share the desire for some more aesthetic variety in Arena.
