Has anyone tried this? How does it work? Is it even useful?
It just flashes your tag, i believe. Nothing really special.
This is defiantly not hidden tons of people posted on this already all it does it make your 4 letter tag flash when you are looking in that direction a few times, so it works but not very useful

I’ve yet to see it in a game (must have played 30+ games since the update), that’s why I’m asking.

Because its not worth using 90% of the time, if you’re in a group you talk if you if you’re in trouble are, with randoms they don’t see it, don’t know what it means, or they ignore it

I see. I thought it set a marker over your position for a few seconds so people can find out (to pick up a weapon or help out)
Well here i was thinking it would make a noise or something… so all it does is your tag flashes… what if you’re not looking that way at the time your team mate pressed up on the d pad… sounds useless to me… oh well. I’ll stick with using my mic for call outs.
