So i just got finished with First Strike. I know that GoO takes place during H2. My question is should i run through H2 before i read it or should i play it up to a point, then read GoO, then finish the campaign.
I don’t think it’s necessary. Only one chapter really references the events of the beginning of ‘Halo 2’ (the Covenant attack on Earth), and after that the story takes place in a completely different location and has nothing else to do with the events of the game. So I’d say you’re good to dive right in after reading ‘First Strike’.
