If they did reach based on the fall of reach why dont 343 make a game based on the ghost of onyx… do you think that in the future it will happen???

OK if the rumors are correct next Thanksgiving-Christmas season the new XBOX 720 will be release. So any mid-cycle game (like Bungie did with Halo 3: ODST and Halo Reach) will be release at mid-2014 or final months of 2014.
Personally I wish a Halo game based on Harvest and the battle during the first years of the Human-Covenant War (before Halo Wars timeline)or why not the climax post FALL OF REACH like you said… during the GHOST OF ONYX era.
I would have to object. Ghost of Onyx is a great book, but it would not make a good game. A better option would be to create a game with a new story and new characters, like ODST.
I hope they don’t do it like Reach, although it’s a cracking game it was completely out of sync with the story of the Halo Universe :L
Haven’t finished reading Ghosts of Onyx yet but I doubt it would be integrated into a game easily.

For the record, Halo Reach fit in just fine with the Halo Universe.

[For people reading the books and not hit as far as me yet, this may be a spoiler]
The Pillar of Autumn didn’t land on Reach to pick up Cortana for a start neither was Cortana delivered to Keyes by a Spartan-III, also the only known Spartan-II to interact with III’s around that time was Kurt-051 (Jorge was not mentioned). Apologies if i’m wrong 
The problem with a game based on Ghosts of Onyx is who the protaganist would be. Would you play as Kurt, a Spartan from Red Team or a Spartan-III? How do you introduce Halsey and Kelly into the fray? What about the starting sections of the book? I reckon First Strike has more potential than Ghost of Onyx to base a game on. It has more action and it would be nice to have a game that links Halo: CE and Halo 2.
