So I was playing Social Skirmish earlier today and this happened.

I thought these weren’t supposed to happen anymore? Or is that not technically a ghost melee?
It looks like interaction between you hitting the scenery and your cross hair twitching off the target as you hit melee so I don’t think you’d call it ghosting. More like an unfortunately timed miss.
The stupid thing I hate is that your character action hit the player but it doesn’t count as a melee.
I have yet to have the issue of ghost Melees yet, but from what I hear it’s a lot better with some still saying it exists.
Having achieved a BxR medal in a Swat game, which should be impossible (I may be the only one with the medal in a Swat game type in the entire community), I can say it still happens from time to time.
I’ve heard people still complaining about ghost melees so yeah, I’d say they are still a thing.
