I have this problem as well, as well as my friends this is a issue and it needs to be fixed
Your ban wasn’t for winning a match, it was likely due to an earlier offence. The system generally runs a game or 2 behind, so once it matches a trigger it will place the ban on your account. Currently you have 11 DNF matches recorded over the last 6 or 7 days, that is what will have triggered your ban.

In the past 4 days you have 7 DNF’s that’s why you were banned. (7 in Arena mind you I did not check your warzone)

After checking his Warzone as well I totaled 10 in past 4 days. 11 if you extend that to 5 days.
and, surprisingly, his DNFs (just looked warzone) where all when he was on a bad losing team side…
But guys, all those DNF’s were disconnects only…
