I don’t know why. I’ve been playing the game for over a year now but my life am I getting bad at this game. 
I can barely even use the pistol and normal battle rifle anymore when I used to be getting double and triple kills with it easily. Players just seem to glide around me like water. Always go for automatics and the H4 BR because I can actually hit things.
If I am not in a vehicle I feel rubbish and even when I rock up with my high level stuff I still do bad compared to the others.
The game isn’t very fun when you’re losing and I don’t get how I can casually play something like Battlefield 1 which I dabble in every so often; but increasingly get wrecked.
I tend to do better on Arena than in Warzone; which is odd because I’ve got all da gun. But Warzone is just a killing field for Totalwar1402.
Controller could be the issue. I got a new controller and I’m so much quicker at dealing with people now.
Maybe you stayed the same but everyone else got better.
Yeah those glory days when all the CoD kids tried to use their assault rifles as a long range weapon and ran in a straight line at you. It was glorious.
Learn how to better utilize the new game mechanics… I was showing a friend of mine some stuff last night regarding the use of Spartan Abilities in more abstract ways than the average gamer is probably able to recognize.
Advanced jumps/routes, hidden Ground Pound points/sneaky routes… Places where you can really fool the enemy or be unpredictable… ways to tip a fight in your favor.

Feels that way.
It wouldn’t be so bad if it was in either Arena or WZ.
The problem is, its in both! 
Maybe you should lower your sensitivity and re-evaluate your shot…or work more on your map awareness.
I’m currently re-evaluating my stuff right now because I’ve been in a slump.
