Is it just me or are there way too many slayer matches that end up being 3v4 for the entire match? I would rather wait the extra bit of time in matchmaking to get that eighth player instead of getting stuck on a team of three matched against 4 players of similar skill level. I’m not saying its impossible to win in that scenario, but it does make for a strong disadvantage that seems unnecessary given the number of people playing on the slayer playlist at any given time.
In my experience with halo 4 matchmaking when a player leaves the game, a new player usually replaces them pretty quickly. Thanks to halo 4’s “join in progress”, I’ve never had a game where it was lop-sided for a significant portion of the game.
Same here. My friends and I have been getting a lot of that tonight. We have actually lost every match that that has happened on as well. So it is annoying. I would say it happened about 3 times with me tonight and 4 times earlier when I was not on according to my friends. This needs to be stopped because no one else ever joins so it is 3 vs 4 the whole match.
