I got the legend achievement but did get the armor plz help

You must wait, the servers need to update and that is really slow. I got mine days after.

Go back to MCC, change a customization item, maybe also play a multiplayer game. It might also help to open the Halo Channel app. After you do all that, go back to Halo 5 to see if Helioskrill is unlocked.
