Hello 343 i have the master chief collection but can’t access the halo 5 beta. when i looked into it i found i need to be in the preview group and that i would receive a email to join it. i never received an email and i talked to Microsoft and they told me to contact you. seeing as you don’t have an help email line I’m trying to contact you through the forums. please respond as quickly as possible.
beta hasnt started, that was the pre-beta and its over, on dec. 29th you will be able to play it thru MCC
The beta will be available to all starting December 29th 10AM PST. Members part of the Xbox Preview Program were granted an early access that lasted Dec 19th-21st. Which means you won’t be able to play it till the 29th. According to Josh Holmes Twitter the Beta will be available for preload starting December 28th 10am PST.
