I have been playing halo since it first came out
I have seen the master chief go throw changes.
I feel like it is a bad idea to remove the master chief he is the face of halo.
getting rid of him is going to ruin the story line and the experience
of loyal halo gamer’s aka gamer’s that have been hare with halo since it was first relesed
since before halo was halo aka the early bungie game marathon.
If you the community agrees this comment that we have to keep the chief.
just remember that the chief has been in cryo sleep before each conflict
so he is not as bad or physicality old as he would be.

I understand what he is saying guys. No, 343 did not say Master Chief would meet his replacement. They said he would meet his replacements within the UNSC, referring to the Spartan 4 Program. These Spartans are the newest breed of Spartans within the UNSC, and therefore are his replacements, seeing as the Master Chief is a Spartan 2.
Master Chief will not be replaced, however. He will meet the new generation of Spartans, but the Chief himself is a living legend.
They meant that he’s meeting the soldiers that will replace him once he’s gone; not that Master Chief is going to be exchanged for a new main character during the new trilogy. You misinterpreted what they said.

I believe you have misunderstood the context of what was said. By “Replacements” it was meant that these new Spartans are more advanced and are apart of the Spartan program. And since the Chief was MIA, the new Spartan program would be the replacement Spartans. I am certain that 343i knows it would be a terrible idea to get rid of Master Chief.

They just mean that he’ll meet the replacements for the Spartan-II program, being the Spartan-IVs. Nobody is dumb enough to replace John, be it the UNSC in the Haloverse or the guys and gals at 343 Industries.

It was a game informer interview they where in a conference room with a big table between two 343 people and a turned off projector on the table. I don’t care if you guys believe me or not I just hope that some one has seen that video. they replaced it with a video with out a table and projector.
