Why has Nightfall started telling me to “BUY HALO” after working for weeks and why do all the terminals fail to load from MCC or the channel itself - And yes I have entered the 5*5 code

While we investigate this issue, could you do me a favor and try watching ‘Remaking the Legend: Halo2 Anniversary’ ? We are seeing some customers report similar issues, and then a correction of the issue after letting a longer video play through… IF you don’t want to watch the entire video, could you launch it at a time that you will not be using your system?
Let me know either way, as we are investigating and tracking this issue, and are trying to collect as much data as possible
I feel the frustration too,I’m not sure what the 5.5 code is but i bought a pre ordered copy & xbox one at the same time.Nightfall wont even load nor will any of the terminal videos including from in game except with HALO 3 which behave as normal from in game,all i get is Thats not right.Sorry about that the content you selected cant be played at this time.Please retry or select something else from the guide.It plays all other content including longer videos.one thing i found odd (i’m not verry tech savvy so may be irrelivant) when you are at the terminal episode selection the queue tab lists “0 minute” the other tab (details or description i think??) lists “tweet (symbol) # HALO”.Halo channel version 1.0.0.10.Not sure what else to include other than how extremely dissapointing it is,
5x5 codes are the 25 character codes that users often have to enter (or scan with Kinect) that come with physical disc/physical copies of games. In the case of Master Chief Collection, all physical copies of the game included a card with a 5x5 code for Nightfall. Digital copies should not need a 5x5 code I believe.
tj330cruiser, when you try to watch the videos, are you launching from within MCC or have you launched Halo Channel by itself?
