Does anyone know who I would contact in regards to getting permission to use one of the pictures from the site? I tried to email the address listed on the official Halo Instagram page, which is halo@halo.com, but my email came back undeliverable. I also messaged the official Halo Instagram page itself. Any help would be appreciated.
What image do you want to use and for what purpose?
As long as you aren’t profiting and it falls under the fair use thing, I think you’re fine.
My bank allows its customers to make custom debit cards with uploaded pictures on their website. I wanted to use one of the pictures from this site for my card’s background.
These are the guidelines that the bank has set:
For all images, you must:
• Own the image or have permission from the owner to use the image on your card.
• Have approval from the owner if you use any logo, name, or tag line that isn’t yours.
The request got declined the first time because it wasn’t my image. That’s why I’m trying to get permission to use the picture.
