Getting only 3 scrolling dots on top left corner

I booted up the steam tech preview and see only the 3 scrolling dots on the top left corner. What is the meaning of this??? I updated my driver and I still get this. Is anyone else experiencing this issue??

I had it at first, but after restarting the game it went away

I finally got in… selected multiplayer and it downloaded the map and connected to server … and again got 3 scrolling dots…

I’m having this and restarting the game didn’t fix it for me.

If you play on pc it’s apparently a known bug- “The game consistently takes a long time to reach the main menu.”

Just tested it, let it sit for a while, grab a drink or something. It loaded for me in 5 min.
