Getting kicked out for no reasons!

PLZ READ THIS 343 IT IS SO MUCH RIDICULOUS! OR SOMEONE HELP ME!

(Btw, my internet is very good and this bug doesn’t happen on my brother’s xbox)

Ok, let me start by saying that my english is no too good.
When I go to online, I can play like, 2-3 games, and like mostly when I loose, when I see the persons who win, I get like “you have been banned” or some things like that (when this -Yoink- bug happen several times). Plz help me to resolve this problem because now I have been banned for like 1h :-/…

And I don’t really like the banhammer system…
