I have been getting kicked from Halo 5, Warzone Firefight. I either get the message that connection to local server is lost, (after this happens i check my network connection and it is fine) or receiving the error message “unable to join” “The request to join has timed out. Please try again” this happens in the middle of game play. I also have noticed that i cannot get weapons from the req stations, even though i am the appropriate level etc. This is especially true of spawning vehicles.
I do have a ticket open, and was advised by customer service that they have done all the trouble shooting on their end that they can and that i need to post on here.
This is really frustrating…
Requesting a weapon from the req terminal: the weapons do not spawn and i lose them or i am kicked right after i spawn a rare vehicle.
Not to mention the loss of req points.
Please help! I love the game but its just not playable right now.
Try restarting the xbox and use an open NAT and wired connection
I did check the NAT and it is open. I am operating on wireless.
No issues with multiplayer connection.
DL speed is 4.84 mbps
Up load 1.91 mbps
packet loss 0%
MTU 1480
latency: 93 ms
Wireless strength 100%
Everything checks out, cant figure out why all the issues.
Thanks for your response!

You are wired? With an open nat? Doing that virtually eliminated any disconnects for me. It you are both have a chat with your ISP.

I will try to wire it direct and see if that helps.

Going wired will definitely help. This game is very glitchy on Wi-Fi.
