This is quite possibly the most annoying thing I have ever seen, thankfully I save every single time I make a change bigger than a small object adjustment; but this is a problem that shouldn’t even be a thing in Forge.
The Dedicated Server just keeps giving and booting me back to the menu, what the hell? I can’t get any work done, and literally can’t do a thing to my map. Why was there no Offline mode implemented for Forge?

I asked myself the same question after I lost an hour of work. It sucks and I was mad, but others have lost much more. I hope 343 can fix all of these darn Forge bugs and also implement an offline mode for it.
Wow that is frustrating. I agree there should be offline mode
It’s a total pain, especially since I’ve finally gotten used to the new system; I used to Forge all of the time back in Halo 3, and made quite a few decent to pretty good maps. Fell off the wagon after Reach, but now that I don’t have friends on 24/7 I can actually dedicate downtime to Forging again.
It’s really aggravating, this is the second almost game-breaking Forge Bug I’ve run in to.
I know my connection itself is fine, I’m getting 50Mbps Down and 5 Mbps average; a little over at the moment, but still, should not be having any connection issues. Open NAT, Port Forwarded, everything possible. Hell, I’m even trailing a 50ft Ethernet Cord across my house.

I read that XBL had been experiencing a ddos attack. Wreaking havoc. Hacker attack.
Same here… I’m constantly worried about getting kicked out of my forge session. It’s just frustrating when the maps don’t save properly after a few hours of work. Forge NEEDS OFFLINE MODE!!
Welcome to the magical world of always online dedicated servers.
