getting kicked from matches and then banned

I have been playing arena (specifically SWAT) and during matches I have been kicked many times with the message “fireteam changed, returning to menu”. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, because I “quit” (got kicked) many times in a row, I have been banned! I have been playing solo (no fireteam) and have not caused these kicks, and so should have NOT been banned. Whatever the issue is, I would suggest not banning people for getting kicked out of matches. I have not even quit a single game of SWAT, so please stop banning me.

Just happened again, banned twice in one hour!!! Come on!

This is ruining not only my experience bit also my reputation! I’ve been playing since halo 3 and have never been banned until now. This is ridiculous!

I have been having this trouble today as well. All other games work just fine. It only an issue with halo 5. Connection’s good, network setup is fine. Can’t figure it out.

Yeah same here. Two matches in a row. Placement matches in dubs at that. There goes my undefeated placement…

I have a similar issue, however it just says lost local connection, and yet I can still talk on party chat

Happened to me in seat as well last night. Banned too.

I just can’t play this game, every single match it kicks me out…
I got the XOne just for Halo 5, that’s ridiculous…

Does 343 know about this problem?
Are they working on it?

Same thing here.

It has happened multiple times to me.

I cannot even finish a game without getting displaced from the match
