So after the update I did this April for the game I have been having problems with getting randomly kicked from the game. I mostly play arena mode and I thought that was the problem so I played war zone to see if it made any change. It did not and It continues to kick me and ban me for " quitting too many games", the problem there is that I was on my first game and halfway through it so there is no possible way I " quit too many games". This problem was reported and is being looked into. Anyone with similar problems?
You do have a few DNF. Weather its you quitting or not and just getting booted it counts as a quit. And then the banhammer will get you. It sounds like you maybe losing connection. That could either be on your end or theres. Ive been having a similar problem. But im making sure my end is good first. My ISP is going to come over again and get to the bottom of this for me.

After the first few days of this happening I’ve had my ISP out to check it everything was good and was cleared, so It’s not on my end. I’ll just have to wait till I’m contacted by support for the verdict since I reported it.
I received “ban Hammer” about two months ago, I did not quit any games but was booted back to menu constantly on a particular day. I came here to file a complaint and this was the most useful help i received from this forum quote Sigh You realize we can see your DNFs in your game history right? I’ve counted 3 in the first column alone."
yep, this incoherent comment caused me to hate playing halo5.
also in the “why was i banned” thread, throughout all the complaints that have been posted with similar issues they only seem to ignore this problem blaming the whole thing on us. this is insulting and i will not spend another dime on halo5 until they stop this madness.
it has been two months 343i, and still no explanation for this game disconnection ban. you just get some random poster stating oddities such as “get gud” or “don’t be a quitter” and “fix your internet”
my internet ran uncharted 4 stress test fine without any problems and their excuse was “its because you were on ps4!?” -Yoink- this im out of here…

even after i have proved that connection is good we still get these type “it’s your internet” messages.

if you are 343 explain o me why does battlefield 4 (ps4)uncharted4 (ps4) forza6 all run multiplayer without any constant dissconetions but halo seems to be the one that cuts out randomly? please don’t answer this if you are not 343i, because random posters can tell any lie and not be held accountable.

that was a wasted service call, people in this lobby has driven up lies about blaming the problem on our internet connection, and folks are being tricked into scheduling service calls from their isp. while i have not seen an official statement from 343i on this issue yet. im beginning to think something fishy is going on
