The condition of this game is very sad. As much as I love halo, I believe that this is the worst Halo game based off of what we’ve experienced so far. Of course I have hope still. I play this game everyday and grind ranked but it does come at a cost of rage and unsatisfaction.
Microsoft has been pretty lackluster with their software for years now just copy and pasting their problems into the next software iteration creating new problems. Now the own the company that creates their most popular gaming IP. To me this was enough to know that Halo was never going to be the same. It’s not like 343 hasn’t brought interesting mechanics to Halo universe and gametypes, but their execution is always terrible. I like thinking of Spartan Ops, I thought they were fun and was excited to see it grow, but eventually they stop that too. They don’t know to deal with something that isn’t bad either. I hate that things have to be either complete success or flop for it to people on top to do something about it.

Its been weeks since ive logged on to waypoint or infinite for OBVIOUS reasons. But I wanted to post that if you defend the game or not, 343 has done the absolute worst job i have ever seen controlling the naritive. Dead silence makes me think infinte is a DEAD game. If the games broke because of microsoft trying to squeeze money out of halo, then ok, that sucks but i can work with it. It takes maybe 2-3 people to literally just type up 1 page, stating what they are doing. Literally, with no exaggeration, this is the worst communication from a AAA developer who released a live service game, that i have ever had the pleasure to experience.

Omg that killed my drive for “season 2 maps”
Players are already over the current maps and instead of getting quick forge maps we get 2 fully done maps, 4v4 needs at least 4 maps which they can make fast based on old halo maps

The game is the studio at this point, solid game but since it is a live service game that directly is linked to 343 on their end, if it was a stand alone game i think players would of been happy with it over all but now it’s 5 months in and no new content and playing the same old maps over and over again it’s boring at this point, but don’t worry we get 2 maps for SEASON 2 MAPS lol which 2 maps will so save this game lol
End of the day drawing out season 1 for 6 months hurt this game so bad it might never recover, season 2 might draw some players back but I’m seeing maybe 10% tops, most players who left are now on other games and aren’t looking back even if new content is added, and this is why 343 failed
