It’s pretty dummy wild that Microsoft owns 343i and Halo and this is the game. I’m enjoying the content that is out and having fun. Need to remember that the game was released and is still free to play. It’s a hard pill to swallow especially as a long-term Halo fan since Halo CE personally.

I always assumed that the 500 mil was the budget set for the whole 10 years.
Y’all forget that Marketing always takes up a massive percentage of budgets for entertainment products, and that Infinite had a whole new flavor of Pringle be created for the game. $500 million doesn’t sound so ridiculous when you consider how much money 343’s marketing team burned/continues to burn with things no one cares about.
Be a fan of Halo man, not a fan of 343, you can defend the games but don’t ever defend the studio, the higher ups all the way down to the community managers are all wrong for the gaming industry altogether, a certain someone recently used the war in Ukraine as a reason to not carry out their job, then proceeded to block people that disagreed with their ways. That is their studio summed up in one act.
There’s been rumours for years that the studio is incredibly toxic and they quite honestly don’t listen to fans, anyone wanting to dispute that, load up infinite then look at the state. The numbers for the game have tanked and players that are being paid to be on it (pro’s) absolutely hate it. When you are being paid to play this game and still have to force yourself to get on it, there’s something wrong.
I don’t really post on here anymore because it’s like talking to a wall and I’ve quite frankly given up, I just want to say, save yourselves energy and time, walk away from it and invest energy and time into a franchise and studio that deserve it, lots of new games dropping this year that deserve you as fans. Just stop the stress of speculation and hope because that’s not why you game, they’re giving you a bad product and expecting you to be understanding because it’s free.
Move on.

No. He’ll be held accountable for any action like we all are. There’s no limit to things like that. Although what I posted isn’t hate, it’s fact. Belittling a consumer and using the suffering of a nation as ammunition to do so isn’t acceptable. That’s not the focus of my previous post though. I’m done here.

I agree, I enjoy the game in multiple aspects, but there are a lot of issues that I just can’t defend any more. If you check my previous postings, I defended the store at first (horrible mistake, mah bad yo), defended a few other things, but I can’t keep defending their lack of even giving a poop. Because it continues to show with their lack of any real communication, allowing us to communicate with even EACH OTHER… I am in utter dismay on how Halo could have gone this far down the rabbit hole, and seems almost unfixable.
343i bring back open lobbies & open communication.

i was an ardent defender until i found out there’s only 2 maps coming in season 2.
the maps already feel worn out and there’s only ONE arena map coming out until fall? it’s the most pathetic news i’ve ever heard.
that alone makes me just not want to play anymore. because why would i? for new armor? literally WHO CARES, give us stuff that actually affects the game.
you’d think they’d never played an multiplayer FPS before.

Yes I agree. We love Halo. But 343 is not helping us.
A serie of Halo is going to be released in one week. I hope that there is something to be released by 343 because it is an oppurtinity to have a huge number of players to test Halo Infinite and join our community.
A battle royal is definitely a game mode that should be added even if it is not how Halo multiplayer has been. This kind of game is appreciated today and we can not deny it. Halo universe is huge, we have a great open world and different weapons with different level. I hope the mode last man standing of season 2 is gonna be like that.
The ranked playlist is the most played and interesting one to gain skills and personnaly it is the most fun. Why it is at the bottom of the multiplayer list in a hidden spot ? A lot of players don’t see the ranked kind of games.
By doing the tenrai challenges you do not let choice for players in what to play. Tenrai event was getting completed by playing Fiesta. I completed the challenges for the two first weeks. Then I gave up on challenges because all the week I was playing only in Fiesta. Fiesta is great from time to time but i can not play only this kind of modes.
Pay influencers in Twitch and Youtube it is how it work today. I know we have the best game but the excitement of events are linked to Twitch nowadays. You can also give more cash prices in events.
