Surly I’m not the only person getting annoyed right now, Xbox insider has been stuck on pending for over two hours and this site is about as stable as a bridge made out of wet rice paper.
I know I’m not royalty let alone owed anything by 343i but, this is honestly becoming quite frustrating since I sacrificed work in order to participate this weekend.
I’ve been on pending for four hours ik the pain 
Buddy of mine left work 4 hours early just to play all day.
…and he spent those 4 hours refreshing pages & restarting his xbox.

Try power cycling your console.

Thank you for the suggestion but I already have like twenty something times, removed the brick and all after a full shutdown yet it still appears as pending.
I feel your pain, I’ve been pending for 2 hours and I’m getting very tired.
I had to keep trying for three hours but it’s a bit over 10% downloaded now

Yep, same. It’s coming on 7am here, I’ve been trying for about 3 hours now. Kind of kicking myself, should really have seen this coming all things considered.
You’d think a game studio owned by a company like Microsoft would have adequate servers for all this. Especially when it comes to finally letting the public get hands on with the newest installment of Xbox’s biggest exclusive game series. Even if it is just a test, this is supposed to be the smallest test group and they can’t even keep their website running properly. It’s just not very hope inspiring.

Agreed. This situation does not fill me with confidence for the future flights. I am not thoroughly enjoying waiting for hours on pending lol. Really hope the next batch of testers can actually play for their sake.

Same here, this is a shambles, why did they not just send out codes like every beta for over the last decade? This is a prime example of “progress”

Far from the “Smallest” test group there bud. People have been streaming this for a couple of days.
