Getting error durin installing the game

I see where the problem is,and that is that the game isnt installing itself corectly.
I bought the game (4 CD’s) when the game came out.Platform windows 10
Played it for some weeks and then i uninstalled it and didnt touch it any more,and putted it in the CD case.
The cd’s are in perfect state.
I got a legit serial,but i need a place where i can download the game without any problems ?

I placed my serial in redeemcode(its on a pass in the CD box)xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx, but when i go to next it says it says it was not succesfully verified

Finally it installed without a error,but now im updating the game and im getting error after error ???
This is the company microsoft right ?

NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY -Yoink- -Yoink- FROM MICORSOFT,
ASKING 60 EURO FOR A GAME U CANT EVEN PLAY !!!
THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED ON THIS GAME ARE A BUNCH OF LOSER’S WHO BETTER CAN TAKE ANOTHER JOB.
