Getting duplicates of permanent unlocks

I’m just wondering if you are supposed to be able to get duplicates of permanent unlocks from the REQ packs. I know there are armor variants that have subliminal differences, but I know I am getting dups of armor, emblems, visor colors, and certifications. Just want to know if that should be happening or not.

It should not be happening. Can you provide visual proof that you are getting repeat permanents? I have never heard of this scenario before, and am wondering if you are not just seeing variant unlocks or experiencing deja vu.

I can try and use the DVR to record when I am doing pulls. I know there are armor variants that are basically identical, but these are definite duplicates. They don’t increase the number of unlocks in my collection when I pull them.

I am getting weapon certifications, armor and helmet variants, and visor color duplicate pulls.

Yeah, you would need to record each time you open a gold/silver pack, and if ever you do get a duplicate, post both videos.

Yesterday everything was messed up in the req system, armor, reqs, you name it. MS/343 is having major issues. Sync errors, game drops, game crashes when you hit Y in the lobby to check out reqs. It would be nice if they would give us a heads up about this. Live was showing on problems.
