getting disconnected for no reason then im banned

just did a action sack game then lose connection then it bans me why is this still happening?

You should reword your title to say randomly losing connection since the banning is doing its job. Not sure about your connection since it could be a variety of things.

my connection is fine it disconnected me for no reason then banned me.

The only things I can suggest is, to make sure your XBOX1 NAT is set to open, you will have to play around with your router settings to make this happen. Lastly use a hard line, wifi just doesn’t cut it. When I did this, most of that went away. Hope this helps!

its open everything is fine its the game doing it.

Hard reset your Xbox before playing H5 or MCC.

Sometimes this must be done several times a day!

It’s happen to me as well OP. It’s a joke! Hard resetting your xbox seems to semi help, but it has still happen to me…and yes my connection is fine, NAT open etc etc etc. Only happens in Halo 5. Gotten love those dedicated severs!

Also make sure you are using a wired connection for your Xbox.
