Does anyone get kicked from a team arena game and then it bans you?

I feel like this happens to me on the daily and then I cannot enjoy the game that I paid for. Does anyone know if they’re(343) trying to fix this problem? Or does anyone know why it keeps happening to me?

This is incredibly frustrating and it’s getting harder and harder to keep supporting halo/343. Should I just move to Overwatch?
