Getting Banned

Hi,

I have just received a 3 month ban in-game for quitting a game of Halo 3 BRs and no shields just after it started. I got banned this evening and it will end 05/08/2019 as far as I can remember.
What I’m trying to do, is understand why I got this ban and if it can be lifted.
This was my first Halo online experience and it has not been a positive experience. I don’t know what what to expect in the future as I can’t play for the next 3 months.

That’s not a 3 month ban - the date is in US date format. If this was your first ban then it will only be for 5 minutes. For any further queries on matchmaking bans, please see the ban thread pinned at the top of the MCC Xbox forums. The first post has all the information about the ladder for bans.
