343 i need some help.
Unfortunately i keep getting banned from gameplay on halo 5 gaurdians. After winning or losing a game i lose connection and keep getting banned from playing. I have reset my xbox, internet, uninstalled & reinstalled the game, but it still keeps happening. Im tired of getting banned for so called “quitting to many matches” when i keep losing connection.
Try posting in the thread titled “h5 ban megathread” linked in my signature. Though I can pretty much tell you the answer and you may not like it.
The h5 banhammer doesn’t distinguish between disconnects and quits. If it allowed disconnects without penalty, people would just yank their Ethernet cords out or turn off their router when they want to disconnect.
Its your responsibility to the H5 community for you to have a steady internet connection if you want to play online. It’s like driving to work. If your car breaks down and you can’t afford to get it fixed it’s not your employers responsibility to buy you a new car. The responsibility lies with you.
My two cents. Please don’t feel I’m judging you. I am sympathetic to your situation and I hope you find a satisfactory resolution to continue enjoying halo.
