343i please fix this. Who was the smart guy who thought quitting your own games could get you a ban hammer? It is so stupid.
The ban system is flawed in many ways.
There’s a permanent ban thread in the support forum for ban discussions. Please comment there for any ban complaints you have.

But when I leave the game to go to theater, they count as DNFs on my service record. WHY!?!

Gotta agree, there are issues with the ban system, and that ban topic is ignored almost completely.
