Ok so Im having some problems with connecting to some games on Halo 5, ive been playing since I first switched over to the xbox one and nothing like this has happened until recently. There are times when Im trying to join a match and start loading in, but before the match even begins I get a message saying ‘Disconnected from Halo 5 server’ this happens at least 3 times a day now and because of it I keep getting banned from online play. Note I have really good High Speed internet and know getting discounted shouldn’t be a problem, yet it is and Im getting banned for it. Is there any way to fix this problem or is it Halo 5 servers in general?

Depends where you’re located & who you’re matched with I guess.
Personally I haven’t ever had issues with Halo 5 severs disconnecting on a regular basis nor do I hear about the issue very often so I can’t imagine it’s a huge server issue. More than likely a issue locally.
Are you wired or wireless?
What’s your NAT?
What search criteria do you use?
Who is your ISP & are they having issues?
When do you play? (Could impact who you’re matched with)
These are usually factors I look into when having connection based issues. Ever since I went to a Ethernet connection I’ve never had an issue.
