Getting banned for cancelling matchmaking

Very recently i have experienced a bug that bans me for cancelling matchmaking.
Heres proof.

This is like the 2nd or 3rd time that it has happened to me and i think it has something to do with the fact the halo 5 has not received server mantenience in A LONG TIME, i even changed my internet to see if got something to do but still happened
Please fix it this is unacceptable

Did you quit any matches prior to when you tried to search? H5 doesn’t always dish out bans immediately, so you may receive your ban a match or two after the one that caused you to receive a ban. Additionally, if you quit matchmaking for a JIP match, I believe H5 flags that as a disconnect.

i didnt knew this, but does the system knows when a power out occurs, or when my kid think´s funny to turn off my xbox?

You have 3 DNF matches in the first two pages of your arena history (all of which happened today). It isn’t the cancelling matchmaking that is getting you bans, it is quitting matches that have already started. In all three of the examples I see you played long enough to get kills.

It is actually worse than that. In their last 100 matches, the have a 16% DNF rate (16/100) with enough time in each match to have multiple k/d’s.

Regardless of your opinion on the subject, that is why you are getting banned, not because you cancel matchmaking.

Nah, I’ll speak my mind.

Nearly every single time someone complains about the ban system they are proven to be habitual quitters.

The only thing you do is to defend this broken system where you get banned if other people quit.
People get banned for leaving matches other people quit first, if you defend this youre just 343’s dog lmao.

For how often you don’t finish matches, I’m surprised you haven’t quit this conversation yet.
