Getting ban and lagging alot in arena summer

This is the 3rd time today I got the banhammer cause what ever they added when they brought the update causes players to lag out and the servers act dumb. But now I have to wait 57 more min for my ban to end cause the game desided to kick me . 343 plez fix this
