Getting AVG 120+ FPS on ULTRA Settings

Here is my PC specs. Running at 4K. I have zero issues with frames. Dont know why everyone is.

CPU - Intel Core i9-10900K 3.7 GHz 10-Core Processor

CPU Cooler - NZXT Kraken X63 98.17 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Motherboard - Asus ROG MAXIMUS XII HERO (WI-FI) ATX LGA1200 Motherboard

Memory - Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 128 GB (4 x 32 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory

Storage - Sabrent Rocket 2 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive

Video Card - Asus GeForce RTX 3090 24 GB TUF GAMING Video Card

Case - Phanteks Eclipse P600S ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply - Thermaltake Toughpower iRGB PLUS 1000 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Operating System - Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OEM 64-bit

Monitor - Acer Predator X27 Pbmiphzx 27.0" 3840x2160 144 Hz Monitor

How the hell did you get above 60? No matter the settings I was on I only was able to play at or around 60 fps. lowest settings wouldn’t let me get any higher so I just played at ultra and sat at 60. I didnt have any vsync enabled or anything like that. What was the secret recipe?

The above setup. I set both min abd max frames in game to 144.

I have a 3080 and I can feel my frames are about 55ish
