I like the large variety of REQs and the recent level changes. But amidst all these updates, I’m surprised we haven’t gotten something more organized. Right now, you have to browse through endless iterations of each weapon and armor mod to get what you want. What I’d like to see is an option where we can pick our REQ loadouts prior to joining a game. That way we can choose what we want per REQ level. For example, this is what mine would look like:

Hybrid Br
Gunfighter magnum

Sentinel Br w/bolts

I think people would be a lot more willing to use some of the more obscure variants if they didn’t have to browse through so many in such a short time.
