This year? I would be surprised if McFarlane showed anything Halo let alone any exclusives at CC. As far as the stuff from last year, it will never see the light of day. It is stupid because they should have been released with all the other figures. They were nothing special, what you would expect in the standard line. I do not wish to name them in fear of spreading something not true. I get this information from a friend of mine and I do not want say anything unless it is a fact. With that being said, any type of exclusive is a plague to us.

If I had to guess, it’d probably be either FOTUS or Recon. Those would make sense as exclusives. How unfortunate.
Just managed to snag the McFarlane Tartarus figure for only $27 on eBay. Pretty good bargain for such a hard to come by figure.

On another note, an official picture of a disassembled articulation 2.0 fig has been released, and the new style fig will be previewed at RTX next weekend as a convention exclusive. Once I am able, I will link the photo, unless someone else visits the MB Halo FB page and looks for it under “posts by others”.

You know the Bruticus figure I mentioned a few posts back?
For those who don’t know that much about Transformers, Bruticus is a Decepticon combiner, meaning the six Combaticons can merge to form him.
At Comic-Con, they released a Bruticus figure with a color scheme accurate to Fall of Cybertron. However, the retail release, (rather, the individual Combaticons that can make Bruticus) are released with the same mold, but horribly inaccurate colors that are so bright they burn your eyes. All together, they would cost about 72 dollars. However, I had to order the figure from eBay for about 150 because I wanted a decent-looking figure.
Exclusives, specifically ones in limited quantity only at conventions, truly are a blight to collectors.

The new Halo 2: Anniversary Master Chief figure looks great, as always.
Does this mean that you can customize your Mega Bloks Spartans now? You could get it to look like your very own Spartan from in-game!

If they have your armor(s) and color(s), then, yes, you can easily (keyword there) make your Spartan in MB form.

Just paint over the armor if it’s in a different color. No big deal.

Tartarus just came in the mail. And I am REALLY pleased with him.
The paint job on his fur is phenomenal. And his articulation is very good too, specifically his jaw and ball-jointed feet (now posing isn’t limited to forward and back). He also remains faithful to his original design while sporting a new graphic overhaul (I bet this is close to how he’ll look in H2A). My only complaints is the fur from his crotch limits articulation in his upper legs, but even that isn’t a big problem. Also, the Fist of Rukt is so top heavy, if forces him to slouch, but I guess that’s accurate to the game as well. Overall, great figure. You should absolutely grab him if you see a good deal.

If you need a good look at the figure, look up a YouTube user named “Kobacaatt”. His review (and the price) convinced me to buy it, and his reviews are always in-depth and honest.
