You’re absolutely right. In H3 (with Spartans and Elites, Mjolnir and Sangheili-harness looked like it worked with everything. Now, some armors just looked weird when used together. For example, Contoured only works with “smooth” armor, and anything less than smooth just makes it look awkward.
And I agree, Halo 4 had the best Scout in my opinion.

I agree with you completely and you got my point.
I loved the Halo 3 shoulder pad options and the fact that all armours could mix and look as if it was meant to be an armour set was really what I loved about Halo 3’s system. But Reach has too many options for me to complain.

It does appear that the Spartan is one of the new interchangeable armor figures. Glad to see that the interchangeable armor isn’t limited to Halo 4 type armor. So thats a bonus.

Once, I, as a CSR 43, matched with a person who had never played a game of Halo 4. It was his first game.
Anyway, the metallic series is really great and I hope to see more of these sets to come in the future.

I’ve never been the biggest fan of Aviator, but this looks pretty cool. But I don’t like how vibrant the pod is compared to the Spartan.

No, I mean the colors in general are too different. The Spartan looks Rust-ish, while the pod looks like a tube of Raspberry. But I have to assume that will change, too.
It would be cool if Mega Bloks made sets of Halo weapon replicas. By replicas, I mean something along the lines of this. I would love to have a life size mega blok’s Magnum and/or SMG.

Welcome to the collectors! I’m more of a McFarlane guy, so I haven’t gotten too many of the newer Mega Bloks sets. However, I’d recommend the Mantis as a good set. It’s got a good figure, and the build itself is interesting without being near-impossible.

That would be amazing, but I’m sure over-protective soccer-moms would complain how “dangerous” they are. Also, I have to assume those things would be really fragile, but the soccer-mom thing is the bigger issue.

Those would be really awesome. I’ll pass the idea along. The only thing is that anything larger than a Magnum is going to get pretty spendy.
@Comic: Of the sets available right now, I would recommend the UNSC Anti-Armor Cobra from Halo Wars. Great figures, sturdy build, plenty of playability, good weapon selection, Halo: CE turret, etc.
