There should be NO BTB challenges while BTB is broke… Or at least gift us some swaps so we can just swap them out. I shouldn’t have to waste swaps I earned because the playlist is broke.

The ultimate reward challenge is get 5 vehicle splatters as well and you can’t swap that out

Yeah, at least there is two 4v4 maps with vehicles so it will still be possible just a bit tougher.
I for one enjoy the fact that the capstone is splatters and there’s only two 4v4 maps with vehicles on them.

You mean endlessly rolling the die for two maps that have a POSSIBILITY of getting splatters?
What system are you playing? Pc, last gen or current gen?
Funny coincidence that I’m reading this thread, as I sit here with two BTB challenges waiting to see if the BTB server will let me join a game (first two attempts failed)

I play on an OG Xbox one. I got into one btb match last week. I have tried like six times since then and it won’t let me join.

This won’t happen, it requires thought and effort. It also probably is an automated challenge-selecting system that doesn’t really have anything to do with the game modes, and would require actual programming to fix, which is effort and time.
Let’s face it… the more you look at things, the more you see how jank things are actually put together. This game was rushed too hard and even taking a “year” to fix the graphics - wasn’t enough time to get things working well.

I’ve been thinking about that since usually I do not encounter these issues or encounter them very rarely on a Series X. I wonder what system others who are experiencing these issues are using.
I’m on PC and it’s hell to try and find a BTB match. Shame as it’s my favorite mode. I’m literally checking out this forum right now to see if there’s any news on it. I think it’s just time for me to move on to another game.
Yea no, I don’t buy that.
You have to RNG roll for a map, then fight for the vehicle amongst the team who has the same idea, then actually get to splattering.
BTB has vehicles every match, so it’s way more consistent to run BTB for the challenge.

There are updates coming out in Jan. That’s all we know right now.
I mean…. Nothings gonna happen until the devs get back from their holiday. Might as well be patient cuz absolutely nothing is gonna be done about this within the next week
I’ve been playing BTB all week, so sure please remove the mode for the rest of us.

343 stole my 5+ swaps I wasted on week one just to give me the visor anyway, since they gave it away, I want my swaps back, its the only free thing I get from the battlepass. On top of thee swaps I lost in the tenrai event not knowing I couldn’t get more than 7 tenrai challenges per event.

Sometimes i find a BTB match. But the last 2 days i got only error messages like “not possible to join”, “server error” and so on. And i have to quit to the XBOX Desktop and close Halo Infinite, because i can click 20 time “ok”, the error messages dont stop to pop up.
And before i forget, i have to complete the weekly challenge. Will be tought without BTB.

I got mine on Behemoth with the ghost, certainly helped that 2 enemies were AFK 
Still ended up with 8 splats before surrendering the ghost. Getting the right map is harder than the actual challenge.
I had to swap the play 2 BTB games and the cumulative point one. I suspect that these lists were already pre-made and implemented and that we won’t see any changes until after the break. Same deal with the store, I hope we see some positive changes, but it will take some time yet.

me and my friend have series x and BTB has been working again without problems for both of us as of Tuesday.
