Get req points back even when not completed?

I still have both unsc weapons skins to unlock but I got 1500 back, anyone else run into this?

The UNSC weapon skins were exclusive to the Armory Pack,as of right now you can’t unlock them, you getting the refunds is fine.

Thanks for that, I poured another 5k in a silver to have it for the same thing again, so now I know why but at least I’m onto Golds now
