When launching halo wars 2, dont touch any button. Let the whole game lod properly, then when you reach the main menu, click X on your profile to sign in or out or switch account. Sign out, then a screen pops up saying if you want to play without an account. click cancel then sign in by tapping X again. once clicking your profile you should be good to go
