In Firefight, I love using the hogs in Round 1 & 2 to run over a pile of enemies standing in the way. I get this awful feeling when people see you coming, don’t get out of the way, and accidently get splattered!! Dude, it’s not intentional!!! 
Well, try to dodge them! You don’t want that nice layer of fresh Warthog paint to get splattered by the blood of your fellow comrades!

ikr? once a teammate literally lagged into my path of driving and I felt so bad when I heard that splat. The lag you can’t do much about, but still…
It’s even worse when they do it repeatedly and you get booted for it. I don’t know if it’s just me but warthogs feel quite floaty so dodging the oblivious teammate isn’t always going to be able to happen. That’s why I always use the horn. If my teammates can’t see or hear me coming and I can’t get out of the way (or don’t want to because there’s a nice big pile of enemies that are calling my name) then they can turn into a speed bump.

I’m the same way. What I normally do is honk-the-horn while driving. Minimally, when I’m not in the hog, I’m looking at the radar as you can see a large object coming your way. It tees me up because the firefight respawn is already screwed as is. And then to see your idiot teammate run into your hog and get splattered. Oyyyy.

The player was jay-walking. I’m sure if you did that on the street, you’d get ticketed rather than being able to sue the driver. I’m sure if my fellow Spartan walked in a cross-walk or didn’t jay-walk in a driving lane, he’d be okay!

No if you made no attempt to stop you would he charged with murder. Griefing is bad. Don’t kill your teammates.

Not if it was unavoidable or if certain conditions kept you from being at fault (i.e. the person stepped in front of a moving vehicle like an absolute moron or someone hanging out in your blind spot while you back up). I’ll usually attempt to not turn my teammate into a smear but if they decide that in front of my vehicle moving at its top speed is where they want to be then there’s nothing I can do to help them.
